I have tried every single diet known to man for the past 20 years.  I have had some success, but always yo-yo'd back to a higher number on the scale.

I have now found sustainable lifestyle changes, and thrown fad diets out the window.

I found self-belief.  I learned discipline.  I understand being around others who do not support your journey.  I have dedicated the past year and a half to giving people hope.  Teaching people how to do it themselves naturally without any surgeries, pills, shots, or shortcuts.

I want to teach others to WIN.  

I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), who is currently working on my next certification of Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
